Jewelry for the little ladies (soon on Etsy).
Is jewelry a necessity or a desire? Both! Each accessory that we put on is a plus to every outfit we wear. So why won't our girls wear some too? I've been wanting to make jewelry for them in a long time but never really found the time. Now that Spring approaches, it makes sense that I have to try to create what soon will be: Mom! Where is my necklace?! The pieces you will see bellow are about to hit my Etsy store. I hope that you will like them.

Girls Brooches by Twiggy and Lou
With the new year comes the new creations! Here are mine. The idea came while searching for charms that I could put in the advent calendars. Lavender Fish Necklace from Twiggy and Lou
Since I came back from my mother's house last summer with the girls, I've been wondering what I am going to do with all that beautiful lavender that I have brought back with me. It smells so good!!
Well, I have figured it out. I am creating some fish necklace that I stuff with this pure lavender. They are so cute and their smell is unique. I wear one around the neck almost everyday and it reminds me of my mother's garden. True fact, lavender is known to repulse insects. So far, no mosquito has messed with me :) The fish necklace are now up for sale in my Etsy shop.
Depuis mon retour de France l'été dernier ou j'ai passé du temps chez ma mère accompagnée de mes filles, je me demande ce que je vais faire de toute cette lavande que j'ai ramenée avec moi. Elle sent tellement bon!!
Et bien j'ai trouvé. Je me suis mise a créer des colliers en forme de poisson que je fourre avec cette lavande. Ils sont tellement mimis et leur parfum est unique. J'en porte un autour du coup la plupart du temps et cela me rappelle le jardin de ma mère. Fait réel, la lavande est réputée pour repousser les insectes.
Jusqu'a aujourd'hui, aucun moustique n'est venu se mesurer à moi :)
